Responsibilities:
Educate patients on oral health.
Consult, diagnose, plan and care for patients in our removable prosthetic and implant focused practice
Assisting with the provision of removable prosthetics and extraction services, as well as the necessary steps involved with each service
Working closely with our on-site lab to design dentures and partials for patients
Providing a variety of tooth replacement options to patients, including removable, fixed, and implant services
Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through structured continuing professional developments
Qualifications:
Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Implant experience preferred but not required
Surgical experience with complex cases highly preferred
Compassionate and caring provider with excellent chairside manners who loves being part of a team atmosphere
Pay: $200,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year

This position will work with the dental team to provide high quality care and positive patent experience to a diverse population.The Chairside Dental Assistant performs duties to assist the Dentists and Hygienists in the provision of dental care and treatment of patients. This role performs duties in the fields of chairside assisting, infection control, inventory, and records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather and record patient information and communicate patient needs with the dental team.
Chairside assisting during dental procedures. Anticipate dentist's and clinic needs.
Navigate patient through appointment while addressing concerns, educating patient, and gaining an understanding of patient perspective while helping to maintain clinic flow.
Comply with all dental policy & procedures including current infection control practices and safety measures Processing and sterilization of instruments in accordance with the standards of the clinic.
Perform assigned required maintenance duties to ensure adequate inventory supply for patient visits.
Support the organization as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous Dental Assistant Experience (preferred)
LICENSE, REGISTRATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION:
Current licensed RDA and/or LDA or recent graduate able to become licensed in ND and MN
Current CPR Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
