Dental Front Office

A boutique style, family owned legacy practice seeks a front office administrator to greet our patients. Our dental practice is looking for a warm, engaging, polished professional front desk coordinator. We believe in optimal patient care and concierge service for our patients. You are creating the first and often the last impression of our practice and we want a professional who can put our patients at ease and help them get the dental care and service that they deserve. A positive forward thinking person who loves working with people is a trait we are actively promoting! Duties will include but are not limited to: All communications with patients and our referring dental professsionals via phone, text, email Scheduling- ensuring hygiene is full and productive as well as the Dentists Treatment Presentation and Closing Treatment Filing insurance claims on behalf of the patient where applicable Meeting office production and collection goals Keep Aging Report Clean as well as Insurance Aging Keeping the office extremely clean and organized Professional attitude and demeanor Qualifications: Managerial and Business Experience a plus Marketing background a positive Dental or medical experience desired Detail Oriented and Organized Out of the Box “ thinker who feels good at what they do Position Specifics: Flexible hours 8-2, one administrative day of choosing (22 hours) Working with seasoned team who values quality and professionalismGeneral Dentist

Salary up to $200,000

Requirements of the General Dentist
We welcome new grads.
DDS or DMD degree from accredited college.
Licensed as a Dentist in New Hampshire or can get licensed quickly.
We use VisDental.
Job info and responsibilities of the General Dentist:
We provide basic general dentistry to patient of all ages and social groups and we see nearly all children in the area with Medicaid dental/health insurance.
Our mission as a dental safety-net provider allows for mostly bread and butter dentistry.
Our dentistry department is operating out of 4 operatories and currently staffed with 1 dentist, 2 hygienists, 3 assistants and front desk staff.
We are looking for a dentist to provide general dentistry and for this role you should be personable, mission-driven, good communicator, practical, patient-centered, team oriented, good sense of humor, and self-directed.
Great opportunity for someone to be involved in the expansion of a growing safety-net dental practice.
