Pay: $209,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year General Dentist - New Brighton, MN 55112. Located 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. You will be joining a practice with an established patient base and a team to support productive, high-quality care. The systems are in place, the schedule is steady, and the environment gives you room to grow your skills and your long-term earning potential. Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. - Administer appropriate treatments including root canal therapy and preventive care. - Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. - Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures. - Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices. - Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide efficient patient care. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques, including CBCT and Cerec. Requirements: - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. - Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. - Strong patient care skills with a focus on comfort and satisfaction. - Proficient in dental terminology and medical documentation practices. - Experience with four-handed dentistry is a plus.
