Join Our Team as a Registered Dental Hygienist! Up to a $5000.00 sign on bonus is available If you are a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist who values teamwork and a positive workplace culture, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for full-time support to join our team, but we will also discuss part-time opportunities (2 or 3 days a week) for the right candidates. Powers Family Dental Care is a solo, doctor-owned, and leading practice in Mariemont Square. We prioritize teamwork, patient relationships, and support for our hygienists. Plus, enjoy the company of our friendly office dog! Daily responsibilities: Review and update patients’ medical histories Assess patients’ oral health and identify areas of concern Perform routine dental cleanings and preventative care Take intraoral dental X-rays using Dexis sensors and extraoral panoramic X-rays Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Follow established infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure the safety of patients and team members Get to know the patients Requirements: Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Ohio Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care Salary and Benefits: Minimum $55.00/hr 401(k) benefits, holiday pay, bonus, scrubs, health insurance, and paid time off We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
