Who You Are You're an experienced dental front desk pro who knows how to keep a busy, fast-paced practice running smoothly from the moment patients walk in to the moment they walk out. You're warm, organized, and quick on your feet — juggling phones, schedules, and a waiting room full of kids without missing a beat. What You'll Do Answer phones and handle patient inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments to keep the day flowing efficiently Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on cancellations Check patients in and out with accuracy and a smile Be a warm, welcoming first impression for every family that walks through the door What We're Looking For Dental front desk or patient coordinator experience required — you need to know this world Exceptional communicator — on the phone, in person, and with the clinical team Organized, detail-oriented, and calm when things get busy Genuinely loves working in an upbeat environment around kids and families Eaglesoft experience a plus, but not required Why You'll Love It Here Monday–Friday schedule, full-time 40 hours/week Competitive pay: starting at $22 and up depending on experience and skill level Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance 401(k), paid time off, and employee discounts on pediatric dentistry AND Orthodontics at Webb & Goldsmith Orthodontics!
