We are growing and searching for a dynamic RDH to add to our team! Monday-Friday. No Weekends. FULL TIME or PART TIME • 1.5 hrs for new patients. • 1 hour recalls. • Integrated Piezo in every room. • iTero • Intraoral cameras • EagleSoft. Transitioning to OpenDental soon. • M, Tu,Th 8:00 am -5:00 pm / W, F 7:30 am- 2:00 pm. What We’re Looking For: • Active Texas RDH license • Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certificate • Current CPR/BLS certificate • Strong clinical skills in preventive and periodontal care • Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and motivate others • Excellent communication and patient education skills • Organized and self-motivated • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA standards and adherence to infection control standards Clinical Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive hygiene visits, including prophylaxis, scaling & root planing • Conduct oral health examinations and acquiring diagnostic X-rays • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care • Perform oral cancer screenings • Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Discounted Dental Services • Health Insurance • Optional Life/Disability insurance • PTO • Professional development assistance - CE, CPR/BLS, OSHA/HIPAA
