Now accepting applications for an experienced dentist. Cross Timbers Dental is in Flower Mound, Texas. Opened since 1999, it is a private practice, not corporate-owned. Fifteen operatories with Adec equipment. We are fee-for-service and accept some PPO plans. The office sees approximately 100 new patients per month. See our website for a tour of the office. Our office offers the following services: Restorative Endo using the Endo Sequence system Invisalign Cone beam CT imaging Digital scanning with the iTero Element Oral sedation by associates, IV sedation by anesthesiologists 3D Printing Macro lens cameras for case documentation and portfolio building The associate will handle restorative dentistry, simple endo, minor pedo, cosmetic procedures, simple extractions, and implant restorations. Invisalign and sedation certified is requested but not mandatory. Must be able to work out of 2 ops and delegate to assistants. All doctors wear loupes with a light as a quality control measure. The office has 5-7 hygienists per day with many periodic exams. We love emergency appointments and offer same-day treatment to our patients. It’s not unusual to work in an extra crown, root canal, filling, or extraction to an already busy schedule. As a result, our schedule changes throughout the day. Flexibility is essential. No weekends or late nights. Compensation is 30% of production. Guarantee minimum hourly for first 90 day. Other benefits include CE allowance, 401 (K), health care insurance, and vacation.
