Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthodontist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental and facial irregularities, providing patients with the highest level of care. This role requires a strong understanding of orthodontic procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient satisfaction. Duties/Responsibilities: -Ensure quality patient service by providing thorough patient care, effective communication and personal attention in a gentle, caring manner. -Conduct comprehensive examinations to assess orthodontic needs and develop treatment plans. -Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, including digital imaging and 3D models. -Apply braces, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances to correct dental alignment. -Monitor patient progress throughout treatment and make necessary adjustments. -Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices and the importance of orthodontic care. -Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. -Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a smooth workflow within the clinic. -Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthodontics and dental technology. Required Qualifications: -Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. --Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program. -Strong knowledge of dental terminology, aseptic techniques, and patient care protocols. -Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. -Commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile working environment.
