Dunson Dental Design is a state-of-the-art private dental practice located in the heart of Midtown, Atlanta. Dr. Dunson is a skilled general dentist and Implantologist with over 30 years of experience. In addition, he is devoted to educating other doctors in the restorative dentistry and implant space. Dr. Dunson is committed to the private practice model and creating a space that is balanced and healthy for employees and patients alike. We are currently seeking a hygienist to fill the need we have for both a full-time or part-time hygienist position. Office hours: Mon, Tues: 8-4p Wed: 8-5p Thurs: 8-2p Full-Time Employee Benefits Package: EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES BENEFITS: With the exception of parking contribution, Benefits are only available to employees who have completed consecutive 90 days and are full-time status (32 hours or more per week) HEALTH INSURANCE Dr. Dunson provides health insurance benefits to Full-Time eligible employees and covers up to $250 of the employee’s premium. The Health Plan provider is Humana PPO. Employees have the option to add dependents to their policy for additional fees. PAID TIME OFF Full-Time eligible employees are allowed 10 paid days off per calendar year. PTO time is accrued. Therefore, an employee who becomes eligible for PTO part-way through a calendar year will have a prorated allowance. Please provide at least 30 days notice in writing to take time off. Time off is approved on a first come first serve basis. PAID HOLIDAYS Full-time eligible employees will receive seven paid holidays: MLK Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. 401K RETIREMENT PLAN For full-time eligible employees twenty-one and older, you have the option to participate in retirement contributions to a company-sponsored 401k plan. Dr. Dunson will match employee contributions up to 3%. We are looking to hire both a full-time hygienist (Monday through Thursday) and a part-time hygienist (Tuesdays and Thursdays) for permanent positions. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
