Description

Our office is looking to add an experienced dental receptionist to our team. In this role, you will serve as one of the chief points of contact for our patients. This means having an upbeat attitude and professional demeaner. You will greet patients, take their phone calls, and send out emails to ensure their needs are met. You will also assist in working with the rest of our team to ensure the office is operating at a high level. This will include scheduling and canceling appointments, communicating with specialists, explaining treatment plans, among others. We use Dexis and Dentrix software Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 7:45am to 5:30pm We offer 6 paid holidays In addition you will begin to accrue vacation and PTO immediately.
