I have been practicing dentistry in the Mint Hill area for over twelve years, but I have been a practitioner for seventeen years. I love the Mint Hill community and our family of patients. I fully understand that dentistry can seem like Ground Hog Day; so I always aim to stay competitive with the latest technology and techniques to keep it fun and exciting! I am looking for a DAII that -that has at least three years experience. -That wants to keep learning and attend continuing education courses. -displays a great attitude and treats other staff members as equals and with respect -must be proficiently to scan preferably on the ITERO Scanner- I rely heavily on my scanner for NP exams, recall exams, and all restorative -be proficient in placing attachments for INVISALIGN -be skilled and proficient in basic restorative procedures (crown, bridge, cosmetic, etc.) -Packing cord for crown and bridge procedures -coronal polishing certified **TOP CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO HAVE DEMONSTRATED PUNCTUALITY AND TIME MANAGEMENT IN PREVIOUS POSITIONS**** Benefits offered after a 90 -day probation period are (scrubs 2x/yr; paid vacation; bonuses if production/collection goals met) Benefits offered after a year of employment (health insurance and 401(k))
