We are excited to hear from you. Our office is looking for a front office / patient care coordinator. Responsibilities include: Checking in and out. Presenting treatment plans. Keeping the schedule full for 1 doctor and two hygienists. Answering the phones. Submitting insurance claims with appropriate items attached Creating a treatment plan and presenting it to patients. Assisting patients with updating forms Taking payments from patients and being prepared to explain why they owe Printing daily/weekly/monthly reports as assigned by the Doctor General cleaning and upkeep of the front office *Office is open Monday-Thursday *Dentrix experience is preferred but not required
