Here we grow again! Our well established, private practice in downtown Rome, GA is looking for an experienced dental insurance coordinator/administrative team member to join our dental family. We're a busy practice and have a team that is second to none! Our ideal candidate will be well versed in dental insurance verification, entering benefits into the system accurately, able to have a full schedule of patients verified in advance, following up on outstanding insurance claims, and appealing any denials in a timely manner. This person will be part of our in- office administrative team and also assist in check in/check out, answering phones, etc. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a customer service based approach with our patients, who is kind, friendly, and warm. Our team culture and the way we treat our patients are paramount! We will make sure you have all of the tools, knowledge, and training you need to be set up for success, but detailed dental insurance experience is a must. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday and generally a short day every other Friday. Paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement benefits, with an employer contribution, are available!
