The office of R. Mark Blackmore, DDS is a private dental practice located in the Valley Ranch area of north Irving. We are currently looking for a dental assistant looking for an office to call "home". We are a one doctor practice with 2 dental assistants, 2 hygienists, and 2 front office employees. We have a wonderful, fun-loving staff with little turn over in our staff members. Our patients enjoy seeing the same faces each time they come in. Dr. Blackmore started the practice 23 years ago, and has earned the trust of the community through his patient first philosophy. We view each patient as a member of the family, not as dollar signs. We do not use the word "sell" in this practice. We have great patient retention, and rely on word of mouth referrals, not advertising, for new patients. If this sounds like a practice you would fit into, please send us your resume or call the office. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm. We understand that we all have lives outside of the dental office, so we don't work through lunch or work past 5:00pm. We use Dentrix software and Dexis digital x-rays.
