As a Dental Assistant in our growing practice, you will need to be able to build relationships with our valued patients and be a team player to help win this exciting and rewarding position, you also need to be: -Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a chair side dental assistant - Efficient, gentle, dependable, and have great chair side mannerisms - Warm and engaging with the ability to build quick rapport - An empathetic listener who quickly understands the needs of our discerning patients - A problem solver - Motivated to learn and help assist in complex surgery cases - Passionate about the benefits of excellent dentistry - An ambassador for and promoter of our practice - Proficient in Dentrix software - Proficient in taking digital radiographs - Competent inputting treatment plans - Be willing to proactively grow the practice by having a high level of accountability, follow through, and proactively work to increase efficiency and productivity This highly sought-after position offers participation in our workshops, continuing education, as well as the opportunity to grow your skill set. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. Hours of week as follows: M-Th: 8:00am-5pm F: 8:50-3pm We look forward to speaking with you soon! Starting pay $20-$24 per hour After 90 days of employment -10 paid holidays -Free dentistry for employee and immediate family.
