Job description Are you a self-motivated dental hygienist who wants to use their skills in an upscale office that places extremely high value in their patients and employees? Regency Square Dental is a rapidly growing dental Spa in the Southwest Ranches/Davie area of South Florida. We are a very modern office providing everything from preventative treatments to high end digitally planned implant procedures and everything in between. Our Part Time schedule is as follows: Monday, Tuesday 9-5 and Friday 8-2 **Position ALSO available in our sister locations located in Sunrise, FL and Pompano, FL (Hours differ) Your Role as a Dental Hygienist · Ability to establish rapport with patients through a warm and gentle chairside manner · Exceptionally skilled in maintaining proper safety protocols for patients and team · Patient screening procedures, such as assessment of oral health conditions, review of the health history, oral cancer screening, head and neck inspection, dental charting, and taking blood pressure and pulse · Removing calculus and plaque all surfaces of the teeth · Applying preventive materials to the teeth and fluorides · Educating patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health; tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling · Highly trainable and comfortable with new information and technology · Focused on developing professionally within our practice vision; committed to providing an unprecedented level of care to patients · Other duties as assigned What We Need From You: Position Requirements · Associate or advanced degree in Dental Hygiene · Current State certification/license as required for Florida · Knowledge of Dentrix, Dexis, or similar software What We’ll Offer You: We offer a competitive wage and generous benefits package.
