Description

We are looking for a very bubbly, upbeat, and friendly personality to fill our front office position! Dental knowledge and experience are REQUIRED! Daily tasks include: Checking insurance eligibility Explaining/understanding patient portions and balances Explaining/understanding EOBs received Collecting patient portions and balances accurately Making treatment appointments Answering incoming calls Entering detailed information into patient files Greeting and interacting with patients and parents We are looking for someone who: -Is friendly and loves kids -Maintains an excellent rapport with kids, parents, and team members -Has the ability to MULTITASK!!  -Is always bubbly, outgoing, and friendly -Can fill the schedule accurately and knowledgeably - Dentrix experience is preferred. - Has a firm grasp of insurance benefits and treatment planning.  This position is full-time position working Monday- Thursday  7:00am - 5:00pm  pm  Compensation is based upon experience, and GREAT benefits are included with employment!
