Job Title: Office Manager (Midtown, Atlanta) About Us: We are a recently acquired private endodontic office dedicated to providing exceptional care in a compassionate and professional environment. We specialize in saving teeth through a variety of procedures including root canal therapy, endodontic surgery, and trauma treatment. Our team is committed to excellence in patient care and the use of the latest in technology and techniques. Job Description: As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our practice. You will oversee daily administrative operations, ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, and manage our office staff. Your leadership will help maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and referring dentists. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in dental office management, billing, insurance, and scheduling. The Office Manager will work closely with the endodontist to ensure that our patients receive exceptional care and that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operations of the endodontic office, including scheduling, billing, insurance, and communication with patients and referring dentists - Supervise, hire, train, and manage office staff, including dental assistants and receptionists to ensure a high level of performance and patient care. - Perform outreach to engage referring and local dentists to elevate the practice profile and standing in the community. - Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures - Oversee the management of patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements - Monitor and manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment - Work closely with the endodontist to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and quality of care - Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Continuously evaluate and improve office processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity - Develop and maintain relationships with referring dentists, suppliers, insurance companies, and other external partners. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office management, preferably in an endodontic practice - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities - Must be computer and internet savvy as we are a paperless office. - Proficient in dental office software, billing, and insurance procedures - Knowledge of Open Dental management software is a plus - Knowledge of Weave dental communication suite is a plus - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and record-keeping requirements - Robust problem solving skills, with the ability to independently research subjects as they pertain to the office - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred, but not required Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.
