If so, our modern, privately-owned dental office is looking for someone like you to fill the role of Scheduling and Treatment Coordinator on a full-time basis. Primary responsibilities: • Managing our daily schedule to meet goals efficiently without compromising patient care. • Monitoring our day-to-day operations closely to keep us running like clockwork, ensuring that every patient is seen on time. • Confidently presenting treatment plans to patients, including discussing financial aspects openly and clearly. • Offering financial options and assistance with loans to patients, making their path to dental health smooth and stress-free. • Managing the submission of prescriptions for patients, ensuring they receive the care they need promptly. Qualifications: • An outgoing team player focused on bringing efficiency to our office. • Detail-oriented with a superb ability to multitask, keeping our office running smoothly no matter how busy the day gets. • Comfortable discussing financial options and advocating for the best care plans for our patients. • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus. • MINIMUM OF TWO years of dental experience. • Must love dogs!
