Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, responsible, cheerful, well- organized, and team-oriented Admin. Staff (Front Desk). When it comes to our patient experience, our Front Office personnel are the first person and the last person most patients see. You're responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments and providing excellent customer service in person and on the phone. You'll also handle important office procedures that keep our clinical and office staff working efficiently. Qualifications &Responsibilities: A highly motivated individual who can take ownership of their work, show initiative in identifying and solving problems, and knows how to communicate clearly and effectively with both patients and coworkers. -Experience with Dentrix -Knowledge of the dental CDT codes -Greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival/dismissal. -Exceptional telephone and customer service skills -Excellent communication skills to explain, present and answer questions of patients. -Answering telephones; Scheduling appointments and maintaining the schedule -Maintaining Appointment Book -Strong understanding of PPO, Chip & Medicaid -Verifying dental insurance benefits -Handling Pre-Authorizations with all dental plans -Presenting treatment estimates to patients and financial arrangements -Strong multitasking abilities and eagerness to learn -Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired **At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the Office Manager.
