Job Description The ideal candidate is an energetic and positive personality who has at least 2-3 dental lab experience, and clinical chairside assisting . An individual who exhibits high- energy and professionalism is highly valued and sought after. In addition, the qualified candidate is an individual who has the learning potential and desires to achieve in order to be the best in the industry. An ideal candidate exhibits ability to work in a fast-paced environment, retain and apply knowledge, is anticipatory, and is capable of working together with a team to support the dentist. The ideal candidate should exhibit both a positive attitude and intellectual aptitude. You will have access to state-of-the art equipment and instruments to perform your artistry. • Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction • Oversee your own laboratory • Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases • Oversee preparation of laboratory supply orders • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care If you do not have at least 2 years of lab experience as well as clinical, chairside dental assistant assisting the doctor, please do not apply. This opportunity is not a good fit for an individual that has only done minimal assisting or only assisted in hygiene.
