Some of factors we have taken into consideration to help you achieve that balance are: * We hold morning huddles before the start of every day * 1hour & 30 minutes for every New Patient appointment * 1 Hour for each adult recall visit * 30 to 40 minutes for children recalls * 1 hour lunch * Monthly hygiene and team meetings * Attainable monthly goals * Bonus program * Monthly continuing education and team training We are searching for TWO like-minded, positive, happy,  driven and team-oriented individuals who want to provide excellent clinical services for the patient, provide precise support to the doctor, and possess an amiable chair-side manner.  We need 2 full time hygienist Monday through Thursday with half a day on Fridays available.
