Job Description: As a Dental Office Treatment Coordinator at Intricate Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office and providing outstanding customer service to our patients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment plans and assisting them with scheduling appointments and financial arrangements. Roles and Expectations: 1. Patient Care: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. 2. Treatment Coordination: Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients. 3. Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient appointments effectively, ensuring optimal scheduling and coordination of treatments. 4. Financial Coordination: Assist patients with insurance verification, payment processing, and financial arrangements to ensure seamless payment procedures. 5. Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, managing office supplies, and handling phone calls. Job Duties: Conduct initial consultations with patients to assess their dental needs and goals. - Explain treatment options, procedures, and associated costs to patients in a clear and concise manner. - Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain pre-authorizations when necessary. - Schedule appointments according to treatment plans and patient preferences, optimizing the efficiency of the dental office schedule. - Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction with treatment outcomes and address any post-treatment concerns. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our electronic medical records system. - Assist in resolving any patient issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other team members to uphold the highest standards of patient care and office operations.
