FEE FOR SERVICE PRACTICE - 1 HOUR APPOINTMENTS This position will start PT with a potential to work towards FT employment. We have been in the neighborhood for over 30 years. Our staff and patients are like family and we have a fantastic team. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. If you are passionate about oral health and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and perio - Take and develop dental x-rays - Conduct patient assessments and oral health screenings - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations - Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation - Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent patient care Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist - Familiarity with dental office software such as Dentrix, Dexis, etc. - Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with patients If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives while working in a supportive and professional environment, we encourage you to apply.
