Responsibilities: * Assist the dentist during dental procedures while providing exceptional chairside assistance. * Proficiently handle all dental chair operations and ensure smooth transitions for the dentist. * Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. * Take and develop dental X-rays as required. * Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. * Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records. Requirements: * Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. * Proven experience in handling all aspects of dental chair operations and assisting the dentist during procedures. * Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with patients of diverse backgrounds. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
