We are on the hunt for an awesome dental assistant to add to our team! We are looking for fun, up to the challenge, people like you to join our team! We focus heavily on great team culture and top notch patient experience. Together, we will build real friendships with our patients by making the dental stuff easy and predictable through the latest and best dental tech. We work 4 days a week and take a 4 day weekend every other weekend. Since we will be spending our working days together, it’s important that we enjoy our time here. Fun perks of being a team member include: Paid double on your Birthday if you work it, or paid for Birthday if it falls on a weekend. Paid Holidays ie: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. Accrued PTO Core Competencies: Minimum of 1 year dental assisting experience CPR Certification Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training! Experience with iTero scanning Digital crown design is a plus! Essential Functions: Excellent communication skills (You are the 1st impression of our team!) Great organization for inventory control Mastery in simple restorative procedures as well as crown and bridge, extractions, and clear aligner orthodontics Working knowledge of social media and willingness to participate is a huge plus!
