Here at Overjoyed Pediatric Dentistry we are looking for a friendly, motivated, honest, warm, and goal-driven Dental Assistant that will hopefully serve as a cornerstone to the future of our company. We are a pediatric specialty dental practice serving dental care for children from infancy into adolescent years. Must have Coronal Polishing and X-Ray License and have at least 1 year experience working with kids. For the right candidate, potential offer for employer to train Dental Assistant to becoming Registered Dental Assistant with paid licensure test fee. We are excited to see how we can build our practice and grow, and we are looking for someone that wants to build a career with us. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic about being the founding members of a community-based Pediatric Dental Practice, that means as the company grows, we also hope to organically grow you as a dental professional. Past dental experience with assisting and back office duties is required. With the fast-paced work environment, duties include assisting dentist in treatment of patient, performing other patient back office duty, educating patients and parents on oral hygiene and sterilization of dental instrument. One year experience is preferred. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required. While this position focuses on back-office duties, some basic duties in the front desk such as checking patients in and out, scheduling patients;s next appointment, and phone lines may be needed.
