We are looking for an outstanding "CROSS-TRAINED" dental assistant to join our GROWING pediatric dental team! THIS POSITION IS FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE! This role requires 80% Front Office duties and 20% RDA duties. The ideal candidate is a licensed RDA who is very comfortable with children and their families, as well as familiar with front office duties and responsibilities. A GREAT attitude, STRONG work ethic, and top-notch CUSTOMER SERVICE skills are our first priorities. RECENT “RDA” GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! RDA DUTIES include: taking xrays, doing prophies, sterilization, etc. FRONT OFFICE DUTIES include: - meticulous attention to detail - ability to communicate effectively (over phone, text, email, and in person) - knowledge of dental insurance - following up with unscheduled treatment plans, recall appointments, and leads === We look forward to meeting you very soon!
