Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Dental office 2 doctors Hours of Operation: 10-6 Monday, Tuesday 8-4, Wednesday - Thursday 7-2, 7-12 Friday Responsibilities: Answer the phone and any questions patients may have in a polite and respectful manner. Greet customers promptly when they need to check in or drop something off. Schedule patients for upcoming appointments and procedures. Be attentive and detailed oriented with patient paperwork/records. Answer any billing or insurance questions patients may have. Make complete and detailed notes regarding patient interactions. Take patient payment. Maintain a neat, clean desk and lobby. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits: Employee/ family discount Paid time off Private practice Schedule: Monday to Friday No weekends Ability to commute/relocate: Spring, TX 77386 Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Customer service: 3 year (Preferred) Dental terminology: 2 year (Preferred) Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person.
