Monday, Tuesday 9-5 and Friday 8-2
**Position ALSO available in our sister locations located in Sunrise, FL and Pompano, FL (Hours differ)
Your Role as a Dental Hygienist
· Ability to establish rapport with patients through a warm and gentle chairside manner
· Exceptionally skilled in maintaining proper safety protocols for patients and team
· Patient screening procedures, such as assessment of oral health conditions, review of the health history, oral cancer screening, head and neck inspection, dental charting, and taking blood pressure and pulse
· Removing calculus and plaque all surfaces of the teeth
· Applying preventive materials to the teeth and fluorides
· Educating patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health; tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling
· Highly trainable and comfortable with new information and technology
· Focused on developing professionally within our practice vision; committed to providing an unprecedented level of care to patients
· Other duties as assigned
