Our state-of-the-art pediatric/orthodontic practices are in two convenient locations. Our practice serving South Charlotte in the Ballantyne area is located at I-485 and Rea Road across from the Stonecrest Shopping Center. Our office at The Park at Monroe is on 1994 Wellness Boulevard. This location is across Independence Boulevard from Target in Monroe and on the same side of Independence Boulevard (Highway 74) as the Olive Garden Restaurant.
Note regarding work schedule: Our office is open M-F 8-5 and full time staff members should be available to work that schedule. However, a three hour block of time is assigned out of the office for each staff member who is working a 40 hour schedule. Most staff members work around 37 hours per week.

As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our practice while upholding our commitment to providing exceptional care and service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of office staff to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-up to maximize appointment availability and minimize wait times.
Oversee billing and financial transactions, including insurance claims processing and payment collections.
Maintain and update patient records and information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Coordinate with orthodontists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the patient.
Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to office staff to maintain a high standard of customer service and performance.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for practice growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience (3+ years) in office management, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of dental or orthodontic terminology and procedures is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
